Messages Not Sending

What is happening?

Messages stay on one grey tick or show not sent errors.

Why this might happen

• No internet
• Background restriction
• Account limit
• Server outage

What to check first

• Browser loads websites?
• Mobile data allowed for app?
• Official WhatsApp works on same network?

How to fix it

1. Toggle airplane mode off/on.
2. Disable battery saver for GB WhatsApp Pro.
3. Force stop and reopen the app.
4. Check time zone and date auto settings.

If the problem continues

If only one contact fails, ask them to refresh their client. Persistent bans may need official WhatsApp—see ban risk.

VPN and DNS filters

Disable VPN, ad blockers, and private DNS temporarily. Corporate Wi‑Fi may block WhatsApp endpoints—test on mobile data.
