Photos & Videos Not Downloading

What is happening?

Media spins forever or shows download failed.

Why this might happen

• Full storage
• SD card path issues
• Weak network

• Download on Wi‑Fi
• Can you send media outbound?

How to fix it

1. Clear GB WhatsApp Pro cache.
2. Move storage to internal if SD card is read-only.
3. Delete old large files from WhatsApp media folders carefully.

Auto-download settings

Check GB Settings → Storage and data. Set videos to Wi‑Fi only, then open the chat on Wi‑Fi and tap the media bubble to retry.
